I got my starter going, now looking forward to baking my first ever sourdough bread. I had some questions and Mary-Jane quickly and kindly helped in detail, she is so passionate about sourdough bread baking and I love that she is local and knows all about our temperatures and bread flours etc. especially for beginners like me.
